摘要 针对马铃薯播种机存在重播、漏播率高等问题,对气吸式马铃薯播种机智能供种系统进行了设计,并推导了自动给种系统传递函数及系统框图,给出了各部分传递函数,确定了自动给种时间为1min,给种时间为32s。通过对取种过程进行力学分析,得出了影响马铃薯取种效果的主要因素。搭建了排种器室内试验台,并以种箱内种子高度为试验因素、重吸率与漏吸率为试验指标,进行试验台试验,分析试验因素对评价指标的影响规律。结果表明:当种箱内种薯高度为150~250mm时,重吸率为0.8%~2.4%,漏吸率为2.1%~3.9%,满足马铃薯播种作业要求. Aiming at the problem of high rebroadcasting and high missed seeding rate of potato planters,the intelligent seed supply system of the air-suction potato planter was designed,and the transfer function system block diagram of the automatic seeding system was set up.The transfer function of each part was given,and the automatic The seeding time is 1min and the seeding time is 32s.Through the mechanical analysis of the seeding process,the main factors affecting the effect of potato seeding are obtained.An indoor test bench for the seed metering device was built,and the height of the seed in the seed box was used as the test factor,and the reabsorption rate and the leakage rate were test indicators for the test bench test.The influence of the test factors on the evaluation indicators was analyzed.The test results showed that,When the height of the seed potato in the seed box is 150-250mm,the resorption rate is 0.8%-2.4%,and the leakage rate is 2.1-3.9%,which meets the requirements of potato seeding operations.
