摘要
在整个苗木移栽过程中,起苗作业是非常重要的环节。为解决人工起苗存在劳动量需求大、成本高、苗木成活率低等问题,设计了一种履带式起苗机。通过测定土壤的各项特性参数,分析履带式起苗机在进行起苗作业时的受力情况,确定了履带式起苗机的结构参数;通过对起苗装置的应力、应变、屈曲和静态位移等相关参数进行分析,得到了起苗装置的最大应力和最大变形位移,为同类起苗机设计提供了一定的参考和理论依据。试验测试表明:履带式起苗机的伤苗率低于6%,满足实际作业要求。
In the whole process of seedling transplanting,seedling raising is a very important link.In order to solve the problems of high labor demand,high cost and low survival rate of seedlings,a crawler seedling lifter was designed in this paper.By measuring the characteristic parameters of the soil,the stress of the machine was analyzed and the parameters of the machine were determined.By analyzing the relative parameters such as stress,strain,buckling and static displace-ment,the maximum stress and maximum deformation displacement of the seedling raising device were obtained,which provided certain reference and theoretical basis for the design of similar seedling raising machine.
