摘要 针对现有棉花生产过程中施肥劳动强度大、自动化程度低、节水省肥能力差的问题,设计了一套基于PLC与触摸屏的棉花液体肥精量施肥系统。按照农作物施肥的总体设计要求,增加了液体肥搅拌系统,以软管泵为施肥装置,可有效降低液态肥腐蚀性带来的危害。软件架构上,依靠触摸屏搭载的4G物联卡,将施肥数据发送给云端,云端的服务器一方面与触摸屏进行身份识别,另一方面将数据传输给数据库,数据库将施肥数据进行整理并保存。田间试验结果表明:系统施肥精度高、稳定性好、响应时间短并能够依靠农户的设定量精量施肥,达到了节水省肥的目的。 Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity,low automation degree and poor ability of saving water and fertilizer,a set of cotton liquid fertilizer precision fertilization system based on PLC and touch screen was designed.According to the overall design requirements of crop fertilization,the liquid fertilizer mixing system was added,and the hose pump was used as the fertilization device,which could effectively reduce the damage caused by the corrosive liquid fertilizer.In terms of software architecture,the fertilization data is sent to the cloud based on the 4G iot card carried by the touch screen.The server in the cloud can identify itself with the touch screen on the one hand,and transmit the data to the database,which will sort out and save the fertilization data.The results of field experiments show that the system has high precision,good stability,short response time and can rely on farmers to set up quantitative and precise fertilization,thus achieving the goal of saving water and fertilizer.
