摘要
分析了PLC控制器的结构和工作原理,并利用PLC控制技术实现了农机零部件加工机床电气控制系统软硬件设计及对加工机床进行精确控制。实验结果表明:主轴电动机在空载和有负载时电流波形正常,其电流形状和幅值具有较好的一致性,说明农机零部件加工机床电气控制系统稳定性和可靠性较高。
It first analyzes the structure and working principle of PLC controller,and uses PLC control technology to realize the hardware and software design of the electrical control system of agricultural parts processing machine tool,which can realize the precise control of the processing machine tool.The experimental results show that the current waveform of spindle motor is normal under no-load and load,and its current shape and amplitude have good consistency,which indicates that it is high for the stability and reliability of the electrical control system of agricultural parts processing machine tool.
