摘要
农机触土部件的磨损失效会带来农业生产上的多种问题,还会造成巨大的经济损失。为此,针对工作在土壤环境下的农机触土部件开展磨损理论研究,旨在为我国农机触土部件的耐磨延寿技术打下基础;同时,在分析国外近5年农机触土部件土壤磨损机理研究现状的基础上,总结相应的研究内容、方法和手段,为提高我国农机零部件的耐磨损性能提供参考。
The wear failure of the soil-engaging components of agricultural machinery will cause various problems in agricultural production and also cause huge economic losses.Research on wear theory of soil-engaging components of agricultural machinery working in soil environment can lay the foundation for wear-resisting and life-prolonging technology of soil-engaging components of agricultural machinery.Based on the analysis of the current research status of soil wear mechanism of agricultural machinery parts in the past five years abroad,this paper summarizes the corresponding research content and methods,and provides references for improving the wear resistance of agricultural machinery components in China.
