马铃薯起垄铺膜联合作业机结构设计与机架仿真分析 被引量:2

摘要 依据马铃薯覆膜垄播种植农艺要求,为提高小地块起垄质量,设计了一种与拖拉机配套使用的起垄铺膜联合作业机,能一次性完成起垄、压实、铺膜、覆土等作业,显著提高了作业效率。对关键装置进行了结构原理的阐述分析,利用SolidWorks-simulation求解了机架静力学仿真特性:机架的最大应变为56.6MPa,小于材料的屈服强度极限,最大位移量和应变量分别为0.1、0.013mm,满足材料强度要求。运用SolidWorks软件完成三维建模,经校核零部件间无干涉影响,验证了设计、选材的合理性。试制了样机并进行了土槽试验,测量了垄型参数和覆膜效果,结果表明:垄体成型效果好,满足农艺设计要求。整机设计结构紧凑,方案合理,适合农户小地块使用,对机械化起垄的发展有一定的参考价值。 According to requirements of potato mulching ridge sowing and planting agronomic techniques,in order to enhance the quality of ridge raising in small plots,a combined operation machine for ridge raising and film laying with tractor is designed.The machine can complete the operations of ridge raising,compaction,film laying and soil covering at one time,which significantly improves the operation efficiency.Analysis of the principle of the key device structure,using the frame with SolidWorks-simulation to solve statics simulation characteristics.Draw a frame of maximum strain is 56.6 MPa,less than the yield strength of material limit,maximum displacement and variable is 0.1 mm and 0.013 mm respectively,and meet the requirement of strength of materials,and using SolidWorks software to complete 3 d modeling,by checking test had no interference effect between components,further verified the rationality of the design,material selection.The prototype trial-manufacture and soil bin testing and measuring the effect of model parameters and the effect of the ridge,body shaping effect is good,the results showed that the ridge agronomic design requirements.The design structure of the whole machine is compact.The scheme is accessible,suitable for the use of small plots of farmers,which have evident reference significance for the development of mechanized ridging.
