摘要
针对传统灌溉方式效率低下,水资源浪费的问题,基于变频器控制对大棚灌溉系统进行了布局设计。灌溉系统根据功能可以分为管理层、控制层和现场采集层,并采用变频器对水泵电机进行控制。对其工作原理进行分析,并采用模糊控制原理进行变频器调速控制,以实现自动灌溉和节水的目的。为验证该灌溉系统的性能,对其进行自动灌溉能力和节水试验,结果表明:系统具备自动灌溉的能力,并达到了节水的目的。
Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and waste of water in traditional irrigation methods,the layout of greenhouse irrigation system was designed based on frequency inverter control.The irrigation system was constituted of management layer,control layer and field acquisition layer according to the function.The water pump motor of greenhouse irrigation system was controlled by the frequency converter.To realize the purpose of automatic irrigation and water saving,the working principle was analyzed,and the speed of frequency converter was controlled by fuzzy control principle.To verify the property of the irrigation system,the automatic irrigation capability test and water saving test were done.The test results show that the irrigation system have the capability to automatic irrigation,and could realize the purpose of water saving.
