摘要
以收割机转向节结构为研究对象,通过对转向节失效形式进行分析,利用理论力学与材料力学相结合的方式,进行转向节结构设计;利用SolidWorks建立转向节三维结构模型;最后,对设计好的转向节结构进行疲劳强度试验分析。理论计算结果与疲劳试验结果表明:所设计的转向节结构强度满足使用要求。
Taking the steering knuckle structure of harvester as the research object,through the analysis of the failure form of the steering knuckle,using the combination of theoretical mechanics and material mechanics,the steering knuckle structure is designed,and the three-dimensional structure model of the steering knuckle is established by SolidWorks.Finally,the fatigue strength test analysis of the designed steering knuckle structure is carried out.The results of theoretical calculation and fatigue test show that the structural strength of the steering knuckle designed in this paper can meet the requirements.
