摘要
目前,我国针对裸燕麦收获机械的研究仍处于发展中阶段,存在着脱粒与分离装置功率消耗大、作业损失率高等问题。为此,根据轴流式脱粒分离装置对裸燕麦进行脱粒与分离试验研究,采取二次正交旋转组合的试验方法,研究对脱分性能产生影响的滚筒转速、喂入量、凹板栅条间距为因素两两交互作用对功耗、杂余率、断穗率、总损失率的影响,确定了最佳组合参数为滚筒转速586r/min、喂入量1.30kg/s、凹板栅条间距11mm。验证试验得出功耗实际值为6.03kW、总损失率为0.87%,杂余率28.03%,断穗率为3.43%,符合国家评价标准。
At present,the research on naked oat harvesting machinery in China is still in the developing stage,and there are problems such as high power consumption and high loss rate of threshing and separating equipment.Therefore,according to the axial flow threshing and separating device of naked oats threshing and separating test research,adopts the method of quadratic orthogonal rotation combination test,study to influence points off performance of roller speed,feed rate,concave plate grid spacing for the factors of interaction between two two,hybrid power consumption rate,broken rate,the influence of the total loss rate,the optimum combination parameters for the drum rotating speed of 590 r/min,feed rate of 1.30 kg/s,concave plate gate article 11 mm spacing,verification test shows that the actual power consumption value is 6.03 kW,the total loss rate is 0.87%,the impurity rate is 28.03%,and the spike break rate is 3.43%,which meet the national evaluation standard.The efficiency and quality of harvesting were improved by studying the naked oat stripping and separating device.
