摘要
采用离散单元法,使用EDEM软件建立燕麦籽粒揉搓装置和燕麦籽粒模型,在不同的揉搓滚筒转速、输送搅龙转速下进行仿真试验,通过分析并统计不同工况下的稳定阶段籽粒破碎率,对籽粒在揉搓及输送过程中的破碎情况进行研究。仿真结果表明:揉搓滚筒转速为700~900r/min时,燕麦籽粒破碎的几率极低,揉搓滚筒转速超过1000r/min后,破碎机率突然出现并迅速上升;输送搅龙转速为800~1000r/min时,籽粒破碎率较低,输送搅龙转速超过1000r/min后,破碎机率迅速上升且增幅较大。对揉搓滚筒中混合物料运动迁移过程及滚筒扭矩变化进行模拟仿真及特征解析,选取仿真过程中3个典型颗粒的运动过程进行模拟分析,通过追踪运动轨迹,研究速度、位移与时间的关系,对运动过程进行分析。为验证燕麦籽粒揉搓装置仿真效果,进行了验证试验,结果较为吻合。
Using discrete unit method,EDEM software is used to establish oats grain kneading device and oats grain model,simulation test is carried out at different kneading roller speed and transport churning speed,and the crushing rate of grain in stable stage under different operating conditions is analyzed and counted,and the crushing of grain in kneading and delivery process is studied,and the simulation results show that,under the condition of no broken grain danger,the speed of rubbing drum is 700-900 r/min,the probability of breakage is sudden and rising rapidly after the rotational speed exceeds 1000 r/min,the probability of grain breakage is very low and the change is very small,the speed of conveying agitator is 800-1000 r/min,after the rotational speed exceeds 1000 r/min,the probability of breakage increases rapidly and increases more quickly.The motion migration process of mixed materials in rubbing drum and the change of drum torque are simulated and analyzed,and the motion process of 3 typical particles in the simulation process is simulated,and the motion process is analyzed by tracking the relationship between motion trajectory,research speed,displacement and time.In order to verify the simulation effect of the rubbing device,the rubbing performance of the drum is verified,and the test results are similar to the simulation effect,so the simulation is feasible.
