基于空间句法的城中村公共空间更新策略研究

Research on Public Space Renewal Strategies in Urban Villages based on Spatial Syntax

我国存在着很多像徐州市奎东村这样的城中村,它拥有丰富的文化底蕴和优越的地理区位,但缺乏合理的规划,历史文化也未能很好地传承。本文以徐州市奎东村为研究对象,借助空间句法理论的轴线法与Depthmap软件,并结合实地调研和访谈的方式,分析奎东村的公共空间整合度、可理解度和协同度,为更新策略提供理性的数据支持。提出通过更新修复村庄肌理,改善奎东村路网及村貌,提高村庄人居环境品质。利用物质空间的更新带动文化精神复兴,为村庄注入活力。更新后结果表明,各项数据均有所改善,希望通过本文为城中村改造提供一定的方向。

In China,there are many urban villages like Kuidong Village in Xuzhou city,which possesses rich cultural heritage and a superior geographical location but lacks rational planning,and its history and culture are not well inherited.This paper takes Kuedong village in Xuzhou city as the research object,and analyzes the integration,comprehensibility and synergy of the public space of Kuidong village with the help of spatial syntax theory's axis method and Depthmap software,combined with field research and interviews,in order to provide rational data to support the regeneration strategy.It is proposed to improve the road network and the appearance of Kuidong village through the renewal and restoration of the village fabric,and to improve the quality of the village's human living environment.The regeneration of the physical space is used to revitalize the culture and spirit of the village.The results of the renewal show that all data have improved.It is hoped that this paper will provide some direction for the transformation of the urban villages.
