公园城市理念下上海嘉定徐行科创新城设计实践探析

On the Design Practice of Shanghai Jiading Xuxing Science and Innovation New Town under the Concept of Park City

生态文明与超大城市升级并行的时代背景下,上海“五大新城”的建设实践正需要“公园城市”创新理念的引导。立足嘉定徐行科创新城的营城设计实践,从城市空间环境设计层面为切入点,围绕公园城市理念,提出公园与城市、产业、生活三个层面的空间营造关系,通过空间设计,实现“人—城—境—业”高度和谐统一的公园城市,以满足现代居民的美好生活需求。以期为现代化的产业新城设计探索创新模式,并为其他公园城市建设提供经验借鉴。

Under the background of ecological civilization and mega city upgrading,the construction practice of Shanghai's"five new towns"needs the guidance and transcendence of the innovative concept of"Park City".Based on the urban design practice of Jiading Xuxing Kechuang new town,starting from the level of urban space and environment design and focusing on the concept of"Park City",this paper puts forward the space construction relationship between park and city,industry and life,and realizes a highly harmonious and unified park city of"people,city,environment and industry"through space design,so as to meet the beautiful life needs of modern residents.It is expected to explore innovative models for the design of modern industrial new towns and provide experience for the construction of other park cities.
