信息化背景下的档案馆建筑策划与设计——以北京市档案馆新馆为例

Architectural Programming and Design of Archives under the Background of Informatization:Taking the New Beijing Archives as an Example

从20世纪90年代末至今,随着信息时代的到来,档案的载体形式和人们对档案的认识发生了很大的变化,档案馆开始扮演更为重要的信息传播作用。档案馆的定位也从政府基础性管理服务机构转变为公共信息服务机构,档案馆由此成为公共信息交流平台,相应,档案馆的利用方式、管理模式和档案文化传播理念必然随之发生根本性的转型和变化。本文从设计理念、功能构成和建设标准几个方面提出在信息化背景下档案馆策划设计的要点,并以北京市档案馆新馆项目为例,探讨信息时代档案馆在策划和设计中如何顺应档案事业发展需求和趋势来满足未来档案馆的发展需要。

Since the late 1990s,with the arrival of information age,great changes have taken place in the carrier of archives and people's understanding of archives,which plays to play a more important role in the spread of information.The positioning of archives has also changed from a government basic management service organization to a public information service organization,and archives has thus become a public information exchange platform.The utilization mode,management mode and dissemination concept of archives culture will be transformed and changed fundamentally.This paper puts forward the key points of archives planning and design under the background of information from the aspects of design concept,function composition and construction standard.Taking the new building project of Beijing Archives as an example,this paper discusses how to meet the development needs of archives in the future in the planning and design of archives in the information age.
