杨木和辐射松树脂浸渍材金属空套螺母抗拔力研究

摘要 以杨木树脂材、175℃真空热处理杨木树脂材、辐射松树脂材、190℃真空热处理辐射松树脂材为试验材料,研究改性木材种类、孔径比对抗拔力的影响以及孔径比与不同预埋螺母长度抗拔力的相关性。结果表明,改性木材的种类不同,木材预埋螺母的抗拔力差异较大;木材预埋螺母的抗拔力随孔径比的增大而减小;当螺母长度确定时,4种改性木材的孔径比与抗拔力呈显著负相关关系。 Four resin impregnated woods,including Populus wood,175℃vacuum heat-treated Populus wood,Pinus radiata Wood and 190℃vacuum heat-treated Pinus radiata wood,were used as test materials to study the effects of wood types,pore diameter ratio on the drawing strength and the correlation between pore diameter ratio and drawing strength of different embedded nut lengths.The results showed that the drawing strength of embedded nuts varied greatly with the types of modified wood.The drawing strength of the embedded nut decreased with the increase of the aperture ratio.When the length of the embedded nut was fixed,the pore diameter ratio of the four kinds of modified wood had a significant negative correlation with the drawing strength.
