摘要
本文介绍了我司目前正在建造的某工程水池不锈钢覆面焊缝在低温下的液体渗透检测,结合其验收要求,通过低温对检测工艺的影响因素分析,结合工艺验证,保障检测灵敏度满足规范要求。
This paper introduces the liquid penetration detection of the stainless steel cladding weld of a engineering pool that our company is currently building at low temperature.Combined with its acceptance requirements,through the analysis of the influence factors of low temperature on the detection process,combined with the process verification,to ensure that the detection sensitivity meets the requirements of the specification.
