摘要
本文选用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES法)对镍基高温合金中高铬、铁含量进行测量。对分析谱线进行了优选,进行了镍基体影响试验,通过标准物质对方法的准确性和重复性进行了验证,同时对方法的不确定度进行了评价。当称样量为0.1g(准确至0.0001g)时,铬元素的测定范围在10.0%~40.0%,铁元素的测定范围在1.0%~15.0%,方法的相对标准偏差(RSD n=6)小于1%,相对标准不确定度小于5%。可以实现镍基高温合金中高铬、铁含量的快速控制分析。
In this paper,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-AES method)is used to measure the high chromium and iron content in nickel-based superalloys.The analytical spectral lines were optimized,the influence of nickel matrix was tested,the accuracy and repeat-ability of the method were verified by reference materials,and the uncertainty of the method was also evaluated.When the sample weight is 0.1g(ac-curate to 0.0001g),the measurement range of chromium is 10.0%~40.0%,and the measurement range of iron is 1.0%~15.0%.The relative standard deviation of the method(RSD n=6)Less than 1%,the relative standard uncertainty is less than 5%.It can realize rapid control analysis of high chro-mium and iron content in nickel-based superalloys.
