摘要
为解决餐厨垃圾废水处置以及城市污水厂进水碳源普遍不足两方面的问题,研究采用芬顿-鸟粪石沉淀(MAP)联用法处理餐厨废水原液,提取可溶性碳源。研究考察了芬顿法除臭耦合MAP法除氮磷的最适反应条件,结果表明,H_(2)O_(2)投加量为10%(体积比)、硫酸亚铁投加量为1%(体积质量比)具有最佳除臭效果,后续耦合MAP工艺在pH=9.5,Mg/P=1.8、反应时间20min、晶体停留时间30min条件下可达到最佳氮磷去除效果,获得可溶性碳源的甲硫醇去除率80%以上,氨氮去除率60%~80%,SCOD在60000~80000mg/L之间。
In order to solve the two problems of the disposal of kitchen waste wastewater and the general shortage of carbon sources in the influent of urban sewage plants,a combined method of Fenton-struvite precipitation(MAP)was used to treat the kitchen wastewater stock solution to extract soluble carbon sources.The optimal reaction conditions for nitrogen and phosphorus removal by Fenton method deodorization coupled with MAP method were investigated.The best deodorization effect,the subsequent coupled MAP process can achieve the best nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect under the conditions of pH=9.5,Mg/P=1.8,reaction time 20 min,and crystal residence time 30 min,and obtain soluble carbon source methyl mercaptan.The removal rate is above 80%,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate is 60%~80%,and the SCOD is between 60000~80000 mg/L.
