摘要
轻馏分离装置主要是普通精馏和DMF萃取精馏相结合方式,将裂解碳五馏分中的异戊二烯、间戊二烯、双环戊二烯及单烯烃组分分离出来。近年来,伴随着下游异戊橡胶装置的运行发现,异戊二烯中微量杂质环戊二烯对下游橡胶装置异戊二烯转化率有较大影响,本文对碳五分离装置聚合级异戊二烯中环戊二烯影响因素进行分析,提出有效控制方法,实现装置聚合级异戊二烯中环戊二烯<1mg/kg指标。
The light fraction separation unit is mainly a combination of ordinary distillation and DMF extractive distillation to separate iso-prene,m-pentadiene,dicyclopentadiene and monoolefin components from cracked C5 fraction.In recent years,with the operation of the downstream isoprene rubber unit,it has been found that the trace impurity cyclopentadiene in isoprene has a great impact on the isoprene conversion rate of the downstream rubber unit.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of cyclopentadiene in the polymerization grade isoprene of the C5 separation unit,and puts forward effective control methods to achieve the index of cyclopentadiene<1mg/kg in the polymerization grade isoprene of the unit.
