摘要
为明确不同抗旱型小麦品种根系生长特性及与产量的关系,以洛旱8号、洛旱13和晋麦47为材料,采用PVC管柱种植试验,研究了3个品种在半干旱条件下根长、根表面积、根体积、根平均直径、次生根数、根干重、地上干重的差异及与产量的相关性。结果表明,洛旱8号和洛旱13在总根长、根表面积、根体积和次生根数上较对照晋麦47表现出明显的优势,且差异显著。
In order to clarify their relationship between the root growth characteristics and the yield of different drought resistant wheat varieties,with using Luohan 8,Luohan 13 and Jinmai 47 as materials,and using a PVC pipe string,the planting experiment studied the correlation of root length,root surface area,root volume,root average diameter,number of secondary roots,root dry weight,the difference in ground dry weight,and with yield,in the three varieties under semi-arid conditions.The results showed that Luohan 8 and Luohan 13 had obvious advantages over the control Jinmai 47 in total root length,root surface area,root volume and secondary root number,and the difference was significant.
