摘要
蓬蘽是具有重要食用和药用开发价值的悬钩子属植物,由于种子过长的休眠期导致种子繁殖耗时长、幼苗期长,严重影响育种工作的效率。本研究采用冷藏、变温、常温贮藏,植物激素处理、H_(2)SO_(4)和NaClO处理等方法处理种子。结果表明,在最佳的处理时长21 d情况下,3个温度处理的开始萌发时间是室温<变温<冷藏。GA_(3)和芸苔素内酯处理对萌发时间和发芽率没有影响。H_(2)SO_(4)处理能缩短萌发时间,但也使发芽率显著降低;利用NaClO处理2.5 h可有效缩短种子的休眠时长,增加营养生长时长,使实生苗提早1年开花,有助于缩短育种周期。
Rubus hirsutus is a kind of Rubus plant with important edible and medicinal development value.However,the long dormancy period of its seeds leads to long time-consuming seed reproduction and long seedling period,which seriously affect the efficiency of breeding work.In this study,seeds were treated by cold storage,variable temperature,normal temperature storage,plant hormone treatment,H_(2)SO_(4) and NaClO treatment.The results showed that under the optimum treatment time of 21 days,the initial germination time of three temperature treatments was room temperature<variable temperature<cold storage.GA_(3) and brassinolide treatment had no effect on germination time and germination rate.NaClO treatment for 2.5 h could effectively shorten the dormancy time of seeds,increase the vegetative growth time,and made the seedlings bloom one year earlier,which was helpful to shorten the breeding cycle.
