稻草秸秆粉碎收集装备的设计与试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对稻草秸秆等高韧性田间剩余物的特性,将滚筒式粉碎刀具和锤式粉碎刀具相结合,提出了一种田间自走式稻草秸秆粉碎收集装备设计方案,并对装备整体结构和粉碎系统进行了设计。样机试制及试验结果表明:装备能够灵活行走并进行高韧性的稻草秸秆粉碎工作,粉碎效率高,多次试验成品率均保持在90%以上。机具能够完成一些高韧性易缠刀的秸秆粉碎工作,可以在田间灵活行走,为提高稻草秸秆等高韧性田间剩余物的利用率提供了宝贵经验,为解决各型设备的缠刀问题提供了参考,对于农田耕作环境的保护具有积极作用。 Aiming at the characteristics of high toughness field residues such as high toughness rice straws,a drum-type crushing tool and a hammer crushing tool are combined to propose a field self-propelled rice straw crushing collection equipment design scheme.The overall structure of the equipment and the crushing system for the straw straw with higher toughness are designed.Prototype prototype and retrograde test research have been carried out.The results show that this equipment can move flexibly and carry out high-toughness straw crushing work,with high crushing efficiency,and the finished product rate can be maintained at more than 90%in many tests.This machine is capable of smashing straws with high tenacity and easy to wrap around,and can walk flexibly in the field.It provides valuable experience for improving the utilization of high tenacity field residues such as straws and straws,and solves the problem of entanglement of various types of equipment.Provided for reference.It has a certain effect on the protection of farmland farming environment.
