摘要
针对农业精准施药的要求,为了提高喷雾质量和药液沉积率,提出了一种基于计算机控制器的变量喷雾控制系统,分析了系统的整体结构,从硬件和软件两方面设计了变量喷雾控制系统,实现了对喷药嘴和混药的实时控制。混药实验结果表明:实际药液浓度与设置浓度误差在5%以下,证明了混药模块稳定性和准确性较好,性能指标能够满足使用要求。
Aiming at the requirement of precision pesticide application in agriculture,it presented a variable spraying control system based on computer controller in order to improve the spraying quality and the deposition rate of liquid.It analyzed the overall structure design of the system,and designed and studied the variable spraying control system from two aspects of hardware and software.It realized the real-time control of the spraying nozzle and mixing agent.The experimental results show that the error between the actual concentration and the set concentration is less than 5%,which proves that the stability and accuracy of the mixing module are good,and the performance index can meet the using requirements.
