摘要
采用电凝并技术捕集农用柴油机尾气碳烟微粒物(PM,Particulate Material)具有使用寿命长、净化效率高、排气背压低、使用成本低等优点,但传统的电凝并技术对粒径范围在0.1~0.6μm之间的PM捕集效果不理想。为此,设计了线管式农用柴油机微粒捕集器(DPF,Diesel Particulate Filter),并搭建了线管式DPF捕集农用柴油机尾气PM的试验台架系统,对线管式DPF的PM捕集效率、发动机的排气背压和使用寿命进行检测,同时对直流输入电压、脉冲输入电压、PM粒径和PM捕集效率进行相关性分析。试验结果表明:在直流输入电压为20kV、脉冲输入电压幅值为21kV、频率为50Hz、发动机转速为1600r/min时,线管式DPF对于粒径范围在0.1~0.6μm之间的PM捕集效率可达85%,发动机的排气背压均低于25kPa,使用8h后捕集效率下降。
The electric coagulation technique for collecting agricultural diesel engine exhaust particulate material has the advantages of long service life,low back pressure and low cost.However,the traditional electric coagulation technique is not ideal for the collection efficiency of PM with particle size ranging from 0.1 to 0.6μm.Therefore,the wire-tube agricultural diesel particulate filter is designed in this paper,and the engine bench test is built to detect the the collection efficiency of PM and the back pressure,while the correlation between DC input voltage,pulse input voltage,PM particle size and PM collection efficiency was analyzed.The results show that when the DC input voltage is 20kV,the pulse input voltage amplitude is 21kV,the frequency is 50Hz,and the engine speed is 1600r/min,the collection efficiency of wire-tube DPF for PM with particle size range of 0.1 to 0.6μm can reach 85%,the back pressure of the engine is lower than that of 25kPa all long,and the collection efficiency of wire-tube DPF for PM will decrease after 8 hours of application.
