摘要
以拖拉机发动机冷却系统为研究对象,利用CFD数值模拟分析方法对系统冷却关键区域进行分析,得出冷却液的速度流场分布、压降趋势以及系统换热系数,分析其存在的冷却不足问题,并进行改进优化。利用CFD数值模拟对改进前后的冷却系统进行分析对比,结果表明:随着冷却系统的改进,冷却系统整机压降增大,冷却液流速得到明显改善,换热系数增大,达到了改善发动机冷却系统性能的目的,避免了工作过程中出现的温度异常现象。
In this paper,the tractor engine cooling system is taken as the research object,and the key cooling areas of the system are analyzed by using CFD numerical simulation analysis method.The velocity flow field distribution,pressure drop trend and heat transfer coefficient of the system are obtained,and the cooling shortage phenomenon is analyzed,and the original cooling system design is improved and optimized.The results show that with the improvement of the cooling system,the pressure drop of the whole cooling system increases,the flow rate of the coolant is significantly improved,and the heat transfer coefficient of the cooling system is increased,so as to improve the working performance of the cooling system and avoid the phenomenon of too high or too low temperature in the working process of the engine.
