摘要
文章以师范认证标准为准绳,探讨了新师范理念下英语学科基础课《语音基础》的教学改革设计和评测体系的探索。从核心素养的要求出发,着重阐述了高师生的“学会教学”“学会发展”两大毕业要求对语音技能和语音学科知识的需要。提出应该学科体系和技能训练并重,学习和教学知识训练并行,改革课堂教学模式,多元尝试智能评测体系,提高高师生英语语音达标线,以培养出高质量的英语基础教育骨干人才。
The paper makes an attempt to explore the design and reform of teaching and assessing mode under the new concept of English Phonetic Course in normal university instruction.Based on the requirement of core competences in the graduation requirement——"to teach well"and"to develop well",the author analyzes the necessity of English pronunciation acquisition as well as academic phonetic knowledge,proposing the twofold importance of establishing the system of phonology and techniques of standard pronunciation,demonstrating some plans to change the archaic way of classroom teaching and testing so as to cultivate highly competent teachers in compulsory education.
