大学英语课堂学生沉默现象及对策研究

随着中国对外交流的日益频繁,英语的重要性越来越显著。对于非英语专业学生而言,大学英语课是最为重要的提高英语能力的平台。课堂教学活动需要以师生间频繁的互动等方式来进行。然而,大多数学生在课上选择长时间的沉默,这样就会阻碍课堂交流,影响学生的学习效果。对于这一现象的讨论无论是对学生还是教师而言,都具有重要的意义。文章旨在深度剖析大学英语课堂沉默现状并分析其主要原因,结合实际教学,为大学英语授课教师提出改善课堂沉默的对策。

With the frequent exchanges of China with the outside world,the importance of English has become more and more prominent.As for non-English majors,the college English class is the most important platfonn to improve their English abilities.And the process of teaching activities needs frequent interaction between teachers and students.However,most students keep long-time silence in English class and this condition will not only hinder the communication in the class but also influence the teaching effects.The solution to this problem has a decisive significance in terms both of the students and teachers.This paper aims to make an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the silence in college English class and analyze its main causes,and to propose countermeasures for relieving the silence in teaching process.
