摘要
针对传统网箱式集棉箱收纳棉花率较低等问题,确定了液压缸导向预紧式打包集棉箱的整体结构,设计了一种通过负压风机系统进行棉花输送的打包式棉箱液压传动系统,并完成了风机液压马达、液压泵和液压缸等主要执行元件参数的确定与选型。通过AMESIM对打包式集棉箱液压系统适用可靠性进行了仿真,结果显示液压系统稳定且压力和流量均满足要求。该设计能够促使采棉机向小型打包棉箱方向发展,为农业机械打包式收集作物提供了新的途径。
Aiming at the problem of low cotton storage rate of traditional cage cotton collecting box,the whole structure of hydraulic cylinder guide pre-tightening packing cotton collecting box is determined,and a hydraulic transmission system of packing cotton box is designed through negative pressure fan cotton conveying system.The parameters of the main actuators such as fan hydraulic motor,hydraulic pump and hydraulic cylinder are determined and selected.By AMESIM,the reliability of the hydraulic system of packed cotton box is simulated.The simulation results show that the hydraulic system is stable and the pressure and flow rate meet the requirements.This design promotes the development of cotton picking machine to small packing cotton box,and provides a new development direction for agricultural machinery packing crop collection.
