摘要
针对现有花生剥壳设备存在的剥净率低、损伤率高等问题,设计了一种花生低损剥壳装置。根据“滚筒-凹板筛”式花生剥壳装置的工作原理,结合豫花37号花生品种的物理参数,确定了关键零部件的结构和参数。利用EDEM软件对剥壳装置进行仿真模拟及分析,结果表明:装置的性能稳定,结构设计参数合理,所受合力有利于荚果充分剥壳。剥壳样机性能试验表明:安装剥壳装置的样机损伤率为1.26%,剥净率为98.89%,性能指标均优于国家标准。研究结果可为后续花生剥壳机械化设备的设计和研发提供一定的参考。
Aiming at the problems of low shelling rate and high damage rate of existing peanut shelling equipment,this paper designs a mechanical device for peanut shelling with low damage.The structure and parameters of key components were determined according to the working principle of the‘roller-cylinder’peanut shelling device and the physical parameters of Yuhua 37 peanut variety.EDEM software is used to simulate and analyze the shell stripping device.The simulation results show that the device has stable performance,reasonable structural design parameters,and the resultant force of the pod is conducive to full shelling.The performance test of the shelling prototype shows that the mechanical device has the damage rate of 1.26%and the shelling rate of 98.89%,and the performance indexes are better than those of the national standard.The research results can provide reference for the design and development of peanut shelling mechanization equipment.The research results can provide certain reference for the design and development of peanut shelling machinery.
