玉米青贮机盘刀切碎器的设计及试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 切碎器是青贮收获机的核心部件,其切割均匀性的高低直接影响着青贮饲料质量,研发可靠、精准的切碎器技术的要求十分迫切。为此,在分析了盘刀式切碎器切割原理的基础上,对滑切角、切碎长度及自磨刃定刀等主要作业参数及部件进行了计算与设计,得出了影响切割均匀性的主要因素,并对各个因素进行了单因素试验。结果表明:当刀盘转速1300r/min、切碎动刀6把时,切碎器具有较高的切割均匀性及综合性能,且通过调节喂入滚筒转速的方法控制切割长度较为合理,所设计切碎器工作性能达到相关标准要求。 The chopper is the core component of the silage harvester.The cutting uniformity of the silage material directly affects the quality of the silage.The development of reliable and accurate chopper technology is very urgent.Therefore,based on the analysis of the cutting principle of the disc cutter,the main operating parameters such as the sliding angle and the cutting length are calculated theoretically,and the main factors affecting the cutting uniformity are obtained through calculations and the various factors A single factor test has been carried out.The test results show that when the cutter head rotates at 1300r/min and the cutter has 6 moving knives,the cutter has higher cutting uniformity and comprehensive performance.By adjusting the speed of the feeding drum,control The cutting length is reasonable,and the designed shredder meets the requirements of relevant standards.
