摘要
介绍燃气管道在管廊内应用的补偿器的类型,以紫林路综合管廊工程为例,明确工程所用补偿器的类型,对燃气管道因热胀冷缩产生的变形量、方形补偿器因变形产生的弹性力和管道强度进行计算,确定了该项目的补偿器尺寸、补偿间距以及支座的设置方案。
This paper introduces the type of compensator used in gas pipeline in the pipe gallery.Taking Zilin Road comprehensive pipe corridor project as an example,the type of compensator used in the project is defined,and the deformation of gas pipeline due to thermal expansion and cold contraction,elastic force of square compensator due to deformation and pipeline strength are calculated.The compensator size,compensation spacing and the setting scheme of the support are determined.
