摘要 随着铁路新线建设的加速,弹性支承块的应用也越来越多。传统的弹性支承块的鞋套包装多采用人工打包,普遍存在用工成本高、劳动强度大、占用场地多、扬尘严重等问题,通过建立三维模型图,设计了鞋套的自动包装工艺装备,该方案实施后能够有效实现自动翻转、自动表面加热、自动打包等功能,可较好解决在鞋套打包环节的扬尘等问题,同时为公司实现减员增效起到了积极的作用。 With the acceleration of new railway line construction,the application of elastic support block is more and more.The traditional elastic support block shoe cover packaging mostly adopts manual packaging,there are widespread problems such as high labor cost,high labor intensity,occupying many sites and serious dust.Through the establishment of three-dimensional model,the automatic packaging process equipment of shoe covers is designed.After the implementation of the scheme,it can effectively realize automatic flipping,automatic surface heating,automatic packaging and other functions,and can better solve the dust and other problems in the shoe cover packaging link and play a positive role in reducing staff and increasing efficiency for the manufacturing enterprise.
