This paper expounds the basic concept of tilt photogrammetry technology,analyzes the application advantages of UAV tilt photography in cadastral real estate survey from the engineering key points of cadastral real estate survey and the definition of technical route.And analyzes the technical essentials of cadastral real estate survey using UAV tilt photography from three aspects of UAV tilt photography composition principle,flight platform and sensor,and studies the key technology of cadastral real estate survey using UAV tilt photography.
