摘要 重庆市传感器特色产业基地项目要求在多专业平行作业的场地内,在短时间内完成5.5×104 m2非标准层ALC墙板安装施工,论文以此为背景阐述ALC墙板概况,介绍ALC墙板的传统安装施工工艺及方法,并基于本项目对传统安装施工工艺进行优化,通过对非标准层ALC墙板的运输、安装工具进行改良,并进行经济对比,确定了优化方案,使得工期紧任务重的坚实堡垒顺利攻破,既提高了安装效率又规避了安装过程中的质量风险,有效地降低了工程返工损失和工期延误风险。 The project is Chongqing sensor characteristic industrial base project,it requires the installation and construction of 5.5 ×104m2non-standard ALC wallboard in a short time in a multi-professional parallel operation site.Based on this background,the paper describes the general situation of ALC wallboard,introduces the traditional installation and construction technology and method of ALC wallboard,and optimizes the traditional installation and construction technology based on this project.By improving the transportation and installation tools of ALC wallboard in non-standard layer and making economic comparison,the optimization scheme is determined,which makes the solid fortress with tight construction period and heavy task broken smoothly.It not only improves the installation efficiency but also avoids the quality risk in the installation process,effectively reducing the loss of engineering rework and Risk of construction delays.
