摘要
以临空园区11-3地块9号楼(江森自控亚太地区总部)项目开展实践,发挥房地产开发企业的核心作用,统筹协调客户及各参建方工作,建立基于全生命周期开发和运营的量身定建项目的管理体系和流程,分步推进项目和客户评估、量身定建协议签订、项目质量和品质管理、项目交付及运营管理等工作,并动态进行风险管理,确保项目稳步推进,建成“所建即所需”的客户专属楼宇,用有限的资源实现最高的客户满意度和最大效益。
Carry out the practice of Asia-pacific Headquarters of Johnson Controls project,play the core role of real estate development enterprises,coordinate the work of customers and construction participants,and establish the management system and process of bulit-to suit projects based on the development and operation of the whole life cycle.To promote project and customer evaluation,bulit-to suit and signing agreement,project quality management,project delivery and operation management step by step.And do dynamic risk management to ensure the steady progress of the project,to build "what you build is what you need" building,with limited resources to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and maximum benefit.
