为了进一步摸清安置房项目在施工阶段成本管理的要点,论文阐述安置房的定义及其特征,并对安置房项目成本管理的环节进行了分析,着重论述了安置房项目在施工准备阶段、施工阶段、后期验收3个重要环节中所应采取的成本控制措施。

In order to further understand the key points of cost management of resettlement housing project in the construction stage,this paper elaborates the definition and characteristics of resettlement housing,and analyzes the links of cost management of resettlement housing project.Then,it focuses on the cost control measures that should be taken in the three important links of the resettlement housing project,such as the construction preparation stage,the construction stage and the later acceptance stage.
