摘要
以提高带传动的稳定性,保持带传动张紧力为目标,设计了一种基于PLC的带传动自动张紧控制系统。首先,在完成自动张紧装置结构设计的基础上,分析了影响带传动张紧力的因素。其次,以液压缸、比例换向阀为硬件核心完成了自动张紧装置的硬件设计,并通过传感器、比例反馈环节搭建了张紧装置的自动控制系统,利用AMESim绘制了控制系统原理图。最后,以FX_(2N)系列PLC为控制核心进行了I/O分配并进行了程序设计,绘制了控制系统的基本功能流程图。本研究通过PLC对自动张紧装置的有效控制,增强了夹紧装置的适用性。
In order to improve the stability of belt drive and maintain the tension of belt drive,a belt drive automatic tension control system based on PLC was designed.Firstly,on the basis of the structural design of automatic tensioning device,the factors affecting the belt drive tensioning force are analyzed.Secondly,the hardware design of the tensioning device is completed by taking the hydraulic cylinder and reversing valve as the hardware core,and the automatic control system of the tensioning device is built by sensors and proportional feedback switching,and the control system principle diagram is drawn by AMESim.Finally,FX_(2N) series PLC as the control core for I/O allocation and program design,draw the basic function flow chart of the control system.In this study,the applicability of the clamping device is enhanced by the effective control of the automatic tensioning device by PLC.
