摘要
针对某型燃气轮机转速测量值翻倍的故障问题,基于磁电式转速传感器测量原理,建立了转速测量回路的数学模型,从机理上分析了转速测量值翻倍的原因。为了减少回路测量信号的过冲现象,以便于现场操作维护的准则,设计了三种提高测量回路阻尼系数的方案。以某型燃气轮机低压压气机转速传感器为研究对象,搭建了模拟转速测量的硬件及采集电路,并应用在转速传感器标定用的高速旋转齿轮上进行了相关的性能测试实验。实验表明,所设计的方案极大地改善测量回路的阻尼特性,有效地避免了转速信号过冲现象的发生,可以从根本上避免了转速测量值翻倍现象的发生。
For the problem of undesired doubling value measured by speed sensor of a gas turbine,based on the measuring principle of magneto-electric speed sensor,the mathematical model of speed measuring loop is established and the root reason of undesired doubling of speed measuring value is analyzed.To reduce the overshot phenomenon of the measurement signal in the loop,three methods to improve the damping coefficient of the measurement loop are designed for facilitating the operation and maintenance in the site.Taking a low pressure compressor speed sensor of gas turbine as the research object,the hardware and monitor circuit for simulating speed measurement are built.The performance tests are carried out on the high-speed rotating gear which is also used for speed sensor calibration.The results show that the designed methods greatly improve the damping characteristics of the measurement loop,and effectively avoid the overshoot phenomenon of the speed signal.The problem of undesired doubling value measured by speed sensor can be avoided fundamentally.
