摘要
Transfer RNAs(tRNAs) are one class of most conserved and abundant RNA species with 76–90 nucleotides(nt) in length.They constitute approximately 4%–15% of total cellular RNAs and are well known for translating the codons on messenger RNAs(mRNAs) into proteins(Kirchner and Ignatova,2015;Turowski and Tollervey,2016).
