摘要
本研究采用氧化钙和粉煤灰制备清洁燃煤脱硫剂,检测了除硫活性及其制备水合时间之间的关系.比较了不同水合时间下脱硫剂的脱硫速率、固硫率.发现活性随着水合时间升高,在16h左右达到最大,其固硫效率可达到0.9mgSO2/mgCaO.
The active dry-type absorbent for SO2 used in this study is prepared from calcium oxide,coal fly ash.The relationship between hydration time of preparation and the effectivity character of SO2 absorbent is investigated.A comparision of the effectivity and velocity of SO2 absorbent between different hydration times is made.It is found that the effectivity increases with the hydration time until it comes to the maximal value when the hydration time is about 16 h.In addition,the absorbent's effectivity in this situation is proved to be approximately 0.9 mgSO2/mgCaO.
