基于质量与气流调控的脱绒棉籽筛选系统设计

摘要 种子甄选在农业生产中占有举足轻重的地位,而筛选是种子甄选中的一个重要环节。为此,针对脱绒棉籽在清选分级工序中,应用传统的筛选方法而造成的对棉籽损伤的现实问题,运用气流调控筛选,并进行了筛选系统设计。其中,分离室是棉籽风力筛选机的重要组成部分。试验中,需要运用风力将质量与正常棉籽不同的虫蛀棉籽从棉籽中筛选出来,再计算清洁率和损失率,从而得出清选效率,以全面综合的反应棉籽清选效果的优劣。试验结果表明:系统可靠性高,可有效分离虫蛀棉籽,且筛选过程不会对棉籽造成损伤,为脱绒棉籽进行安全、有效的分选提供重要的理论依据。 Seed selection plays an important role in agricultural production,and screening is an important part in seed selection.In order to solve the problem of cotton seed damage caused by the traditional screening method in the cleaning and grading process of de cashing cottonseed,the air flow control is used to screen,which needs to be applied to the separation room.The separation room is an important part of the cottonseed wind screening machine.In the experiment,it is necessary to use the wind to screen the worsted cottonseed with different weight from the normal cottonseed,and then calculate the cleaning rate and loss rate to obtain the cleaning efficiency,which can comprehensively reflect the advantages and disadvantages of the cotton seed cleaning effect.The test results show that the system has high reliability,can effectively separate moth eaten cottonseed,and the screening process will not cause damage to cottonseed,which provides an important theoretical basis for effective and rapid cottonseed sorting.
