摘要
为解决半自动蔬菜移栽机人工投苗效率低的问题、提高蔬菜移栽机工作效率,在2ZB-2型蔬菜移栽机的基础上进行优化设计,研制了1台2ZZ-2型全自动蔬菜移栽机。该蔬菜移栽机采用电气装置控制移栽机移动、工作平台升降,可实现行距、株距、移栽深度、行走速度和移栽速度等参数的无极调整,并设计有自动取苗机构,可实现取苗、投苗、插苗、覆土全自动作业。性能试验结果表明:取苗成功率为84.1%,取苗速率为96株/min。研究成果对以后全自动蔬菜移栽机的研发提供设计依据。
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of manual transplanting of semi-automatic vegetable transplanter and improve the efficiency of vegetable transplanter,this paper optimized the design on the basis of 2ZB-2 vegetable transplanter and developed a 2ZZ-2 automatic vegetable transplanter.The vegetable transplanter adopted the electrical device to control the movement of the transplanter and the lifting of the working platform,which could realize the infinite adjustment of the row spacing,plant spacing,transplanting depth,moving speed,and transplanting speed.In addition,the designed automatic sapling transplanting mechanism could realize the automatic operation of sapling grabbing,sapling throwing,sapling transplanting and soil covering.The performance experiments showed that the successful rate of sapling grabbing was 84.1%and the speed of sapling grabbing was 96 plants/minute.The results provided a design basis for the research and development of automatic vegetable transplanter.
