基于4QZ-3000X青贮机磨刀装置的设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 对我国青贮机研发现状进行分析,发现多数国产青贮机切碎器的刀具维护存在各种问题,针对这一情况设计了一款可以自动磨刀的装置。自动磨刀装置集磨刀和抛光于一体,极大地解决了刀具维护困难的问题。通过计算和试验确定最终参数为每个循环磨刀次数6次,每排刀驻留时间1s,转速360r/min,磨刀石往复速度为0.32m/s。针对新疆新研牧神科技有限公司的4QZ-3000X型自走式青(黄)贮饲料收获机进行改装试验,结果显示磨刀效果良好。 Through the analysis of China's silage machine research and development status,found that most of the domestic silage machine cutter maintenance problems,in view of this situation,designed a can automatically sharpen the device.The automatic tool sharpening device integrates the tool sharpening and polishing,which greatly solves the problem of difficult tool maintenance.The final parameters were determined by calculation and test.The number of sharpening was 6 times per second,the dwell time of each row was 1,the rotating speed was 360r/min,and the reciprocating speed of the grindstone was 0.32m/s.The device was modified for the 4QZ-3000X self-walking green(yellow)silage harvester of Xinjiang Xinyan Mushen Technology Co.,LTD.The results showed that the sharpening effect was good.
