摘要 针对我国有机肥撒施机施肥效率低、撒施均匀性差等问题,探索有机肥撒施机抛撒装置对施肥变异系数的影响,设计了一种有机肥撒施机抛撒装置,并阐述了其结构组成和工作原理,进行了抛撒装置关键部件的结构设计,并确定了以施肥变异系数为评价标准的试验指标。通过进行场地试验,得到了抛撒效果最佳的抛撒装置参数,即抛撒辊叶片角度为45°、抛撒辊螺旋线数量为2条、抛撒辊叶片螺距为400mm、抛撒辊转速为350r/min。 For the problems of low application efficiency and poor spreading uniformity of organic fertilizer spreaders in China,an organic fertilizer spreading device was designed to explore the influence of the spreading device on the coefficient of variation of fertilization,and the structural composition and working principle of the spreading device were described.The structural design of key components of the spreader was carried out.The test indexes with the coefficient of variation of fertilizer application as the evaluation criteria were determined.The parameters of the throwing device with the best throwing effect,namely,the angle of the throwing roller blade is 45 degrees,the number of spirals of the throwing roller is 2,the pitch of the throwing roller blade is 400mm,and the rotational speed of the throwing roller is 350r/min,were obtained through the field test.
