摘要
为了满足水肥计量泵高精度的控制要求,采用Linux和步进电机驱动方法,设计了一套基于嵌入式芯片的水肥计量泵控制系统。控制系统硬件以TMS320F2812微处理器为核心,采用模块化设计思想和Linux系统,运用闭环控制方式输出PWM,对步进电机的精准控制,实现了农作物水肥的精准灌溉。试验结果表明:系统实际值和设定值的误差在1.5%以下,效果比较理想,说明控制系统精度较高,具有较好的稳定性,满足了系统设计要求。
In order to meet the requirements of high-precision control of water and fertilizer metering pump,it designs a set of water and fertilizer metering pump control system based on embedded chip by using Linux and stepping motor drive method.The hardware of the control system takes TMS320F2812 microprocessor as the core and adopts the modular design idea.The software adopts Linux system,uses the closed-loop control mode to output PWM,precisely controls the stepping motor,and realizes the precise irrigation of crop water and fertilizer.The experimental results show that the error between the actual value and the set value of the system is less than 1.5%,and the experimental effect is ideal.It shows that the control system has high precision,good stability and meets the design requirements of the system.
