摘要
以农作物喷药过程为研究对象,通过对喷雾系统控制硬件电路及控制程序进行分析,设计一种能够根据作物生长状态及环境参数进行实时混药的智能喷雾系统,能够自动行进,并根据作物高度进行智能喷雾。当智能喷雾系统行进速度为3m/s、风速为2m/s、喷雾动力供压4MPa时,智能喷雾系统的有效喷射距离可达3.5m,单侧喷幅可达到2.5m,喷雾流量不小于340kg/h,喷雾误差小于0.15%,检测动作时间小于0.4s。试验数据表明:智能喷雾系统能够快速准确的进行智能混药喷雾,提高喷雾作业效率,降低劳动强度,提高农药利用率。
This paper takes the spraying process of crops as the research object.By analyzing the control circuit and control program of the spray system,an intelligent spraying system which can mix the medicine in real time according to the crop growth status and environmental parameters is designed.The system can automatically travel and intelligently spray according to the height of the crops.When the speed of the intelligent spray system is 3m/s,the wind speed is 2m/s,and the spray power is supplied to 4MPa,the effective spray distance of the intelligent spray system can reach 3.5m,the single side spray can reach 2.5m,the spray flow rate is not less than 340kg/h,and the spray error is less than 0.15%,and the detection time is less than 0.4s.The experimental data show that the intelligent spray system can quickly and accurately mix intelligent spray,improve the efficiency of spraying,reduce labor intensity,and improve the utilization rate of pesticides.
