比重式巴旦木壳仁风选装置试验与优化分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对巴旦木破壳后壳仁分离清选率低的问题,设计了比重式巴旦木壳仁风选装置,并通过试验对装置进行工作参数优化。物料在振动筛上的运动情况分为静止、起抛和跳动,对处于波纹筛筛面的物料进行受力分析,结果表明:清选装置中的物料运动可描述为受振动的不同物料成分在风选气流作用下发生不同运动轨迹的分离过程。风选装置试验结果表明:各因素对清选率的贡献率从大到小依次为风机转速、喂入量、振动频率,通过软件优化求解功能得到最佳参数组合,即喂入量5kg/min、风机转速1160r/min、振动频率47Hz,此时清选率为99.31%。研究结果可为巴旦木壳仁风选装备研发与优化提供理论参考。 In order to solve the problem of low separation and cleaning rate of almond shell and kernel after breaking almond shell,a specific gravity pneumatic separator for almond shell and kernel was designed,and the working parameters of the device were optimized through experiments.The movement of materials on the vibrating screen can be divided into static,throwing and jumping.The force analysis of the material on the screen surface of the corrugated screen shows that the material movement in the cleaning device can be described as the separation process of different vibrating material components under the action of air separation airflow.The experimental results show that the contribution rate of each factor to the cleaning rate is in the order of fan speed,feeding amount and vibration frequency from large to small.Through the software optimization function,the optimal parameter combination is:feed rate 5kg/min,fan speed 1160r/min,vibration frequency 47Hz.The verification test results show that the selection rate is 99.31%.The research results can be used for the development and optimization of almond shell and kernel separation equipment To provide theoretical reference.
