摘要
为了提高农机虚拟仿真的可靠性和交互设计的灵活性,实现农机造型优化,将WIFI技术引入到了农机的造型设计过程中,通过对三维模型的造型和动画模拟,输出农机的作业动画,为农机造型的优化选择提供依据。在复杂零部件和装配体的设计时,设计人员可以通过交流交互,提高协同设计能力,并充分有效地利用计算资源。以农用发动机的交互设计为例,对交互设计的可行性进行了验证,结果表明:通过交互设计平台可以有效提高部件的设计效率及计算资源的利用率,对于实现农机的数字化和智能化设计具有重要的参考价值。
In order to improve the reliability of agricultural machinery virtual simulation and the flexibility of interactive design,and realize the optimization of agricultural machinery modeling,it introduced WiFi technology into the process of agricultural machinery modeling design.Through the modeling and animation simulation of 3D model,the operation animation of agricultural machinery is output,which provides the basis for the optimization of agricultural machinery modeling.In the design of complex parts and assemblies,the designers can improve the ability of collaborative design through communication and interaction,and make full use of computing resources.Taking the interactive design of agricultural machinery engine as an example,it verified the feasibility of interactive design.The verification results show that the interactive design platform can effectively improve the design efficiency of components and the utilization rate of computing resources,which has important reference value for realizing the digital and intelligent design of agricultural machinery.
