秸秆炭基肥料制粒机机械结构与性能优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 秸秆资源是我国农业生产中的重要附属资源,也是极具利用价值的可再生生物质资源,对于秸秆资源的科学开发和利用是农业生产过程中的重要工作之一。炭基肥料是农业生产中最常用的绿色环保肥料品种,传统的炭基肥料制作虽然以秸秆作为重要原料,但没有形成产业化,且缺少知名产品和先进的生产技术,在一定程度上影响了秸秆炭基肥料的技术普及。为此,从现阶段的炭基肥料生产技术和应用研发情况出发,结合炭基肥料特点设计了螺旋输送增压方式的秸秆炭肥料制粒机,并对各个关键结构的工作原理与功能特点进行了介绍。同时,分析了秸秆炭基颗粒肥料品质与配置工艺等因素的影响关系,通过实验确定了秸秆炭基肥料制粒机关键部件的合理运行参数,并对制粒机提出了技术优化的思路。 Straw resource is an important subsidiary resource in China's agricultural production,and it is also a renewable biomass resource with great utilization value.The scientific development and utilization of straw resource is one of the important work in the process of agricultural production.carbon materials fertilizer is one of the most commonly used green environmental protection materials in agricultural production.Although the traditional production of carbon materials fertilizer uses straw as one of the important raw materials,its application has not formed the characteristics of industrialization.Straw carbon materials fertilizer lacks well-known products and high-quality production technology in the market,which affects the value and technology popularization of carbon materials fertilizer to a certain extent.Based on the production technology and application research and development of carbon materials fertilizer at the present stage,combined with the characteristics of carbon materials fertilizer,a straw carbon fertilizer pelletizer with screw conveying and pressurization is designed.The working principle of the fertilizer pelletizer is explained,and the working principle and functional characteristics of each key structure are introduced.It shows that the quality of straw carbon materials granular fertilizer is affected by configuration process and other factors through the analysis of experimental data,the reasonable operation parameters of the key components of the straw carbon materials fertilizer granulator were determined,and the technical optimization of the granulator was summarized and prospected.
