摘要
高层建筑中,由于电梯井会出现烟囱效应,不仅会对电梯运行带来影响,还会促使火灾纵向蔓延,为建筑内人员的生命财产安全带来严重威胁。基于此,论文对高层建筑电梯井烟囱效应的成因进行分析,从加强维护结构密闭性、分段设置电梯、在侯梯厅设计隔断或前室等方面进行防火设计,并结合具体工程案例进行模拟分析,提出高层建筑电梯井烟囱效应的防火策略。
In high-rise buildings,the chimney effect of the elevator shaft will not only affect the operation of the elevator,but also promote the longitudinal spread of the fire,and bring serious threats to the life and property safety of the building personnel.Based on this,the paper analyzes the causes of the chimney effect of the elevator shaft in high-rise buildings,and carries out fire prevention design from the aspects of strengthening the maintenance of structural airtightness,setting up the elevator in sections,and designing the partition or front room in the waiting hall.Combined with the simulation analysis of specific engineering cases,the paper puts forward the fire prevention strategy of the chimney effect of the elevator shaft in high-rise buildings.
