摘要
结合绵阳高新区军民融合高技术产业园区项目,提出了深基坑支护设计方案,对注浆微型钢管桩的制作及施工技术要点进行了分析,阐述了土钉墙和预应力锚杆施工的技术措施。通过对基坑变形的监测得出:随着基坑开挖深度的增加,与其对应的水平位移量呈增加趋势,但在固定监测时间内,累计水平位移未超出警戒值,表明水平位移的控制效果良好,也证明了采用支护系统的可行性。
Combined with Military-Civilian Integration High-Tech Industrial Park Project in Mianyang High-Tech Zone,the paper proposed the deep foundation pit support design scheme,analyzes the production and construction technical points of grouting micro-steel pipe pile,and expounds the technical measures of soil nailing wall and prestressed anchor bolt construction.?Through monitoring the deformation of the foundation pit,it is concluded that the horizontal displacement increases with the increase of the excavation depth.But in the fixed monitoring time,the accumulated horizontal displacement does not exceed the warning value,which indicates that the control effect of horizontal displacement is good,and also proves the feasibility of the adopted support system.
